Each year the Arts Council awards operating support grants,
arts education grants, and Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural
Affairs (MCACA) minigrants with the goal of strengthening
the arts in our community. For more information about the

One-on-one mentoring
Every member of the Arts Council has access to one-to-one
mentoring, a valuable benefit of Arts Council membership.
The Arts Council staff is on hand to assist its members with
tasks related to running a nonprofit such as managing a database
or developing a new program, writing a corporate proposal
or connecting with other professionals. For more information
regarding one-on-one services, please call the Arts Council
